I just thought I'd take advantage of the free journal skin thing while it's still up. I'd love a subscription just for the journal skins, but a subscription would just be wasted on me since I update very rarely.

Daportfolio's pretty cool. Or maybe that's just because I'm tired of manually coding html just to update my portfolio. So yay for javascript redirects. My ancient free host [link] now redirects to my daportfolio. Of course, there's not a lot you can do to personalize it, but I like its minimalism. It doesn't compete with the work you have displayed.

I'm thinking of experimenting with acrylic on cork. Because cork's so textured, it'll do with minimal background. And you all know I hate/suck at drawing backgrounds. Any tips on working with cork?
